How to Order Your Coasters
Ordering your own personalised wedding coasters is easy! Simply:
- Select the quantity you require.
- Select the RUSH option for expedited production.
- Upload your design file using our Custom Coaster Design Template. If you need assistance setting this up, just send your files separately and we can put it together for you.
- In the Personalisation Box, enter any custom information.
- Check out. We will email you with a digital proof of your coasters to the email you place your order with.
HOW DO I CREATE MY COASTER FILE?
Get started by downloading our Custom Coaster Design Template file. Follow the instructions on the file when creating your artwork.
Please ensure that:
- All fonts are outlined

Images are embedded into the file

CMYK colour profile - NOT RGB
- The file is saved out as .ai or .pdf
Need Help Setting Up Your Artwork?
As we make our coasters fully in-house, we can fully customise the design, graphics, colour and font to match your aesthetic. If you require assistance in designing your artwork or in terms of setting it up correctly for print, we can assist with a small Artwork Setup Fee. Please get in touch first and we can guide you.
COLOUR MATCHING NOTICE:
Our coasters are a great pair with our custom matchboxes and matchbooks. However, whilst we endeavour to colour-match orders as best as possible, please note that due to differences in paper and printers used for each product, colour differences may be present.
TURNAROUND: Due to the custom nature; we usually turn these around in approximately 2 weeks. If you require your coasters sooner, please select the RUSH option at checkout. Contact us if you have the desired deadline.
